Stampin' Up! 20th Birthday

As mentioned a few posts down it is Stampin' Up! 20th Birthday and to celebrate they are giving everyone 20% of selected Stamp sets. Here is another card using two of the sets, Short and Sweet and Pretty Princess. Pretty Princess is a very girly set and I'm not very girly but have gotten into alot more pink since joining SU! I will show you how to boy it up when I get a chance.

For this card I did some more of my new found love... Watercolouring. I watercoloured the cake image in So Saffron, Wild Wasabi, Purely Pomegrante and Regal Rose. I added some hodgepodge and chose a piece that I have always struggled with using cos I wasn't 100% sure what to do with it. I think it looks so funky and stylish though. I thread some Regal Rose wide grosgrain ribbon through it and finished it with some So Saffron brads. I then finished the card off with some polka dots and 'best wishes' from Short and Sweet.
